Terms and conditions

1. RESERVATIONS AND CONFIRMATION

When booking, you must notify your name, residential address, arrival and departure date and method of payment. Reservation is bound by the hotel, it is confirmed verbally, in writing or by e-mail, and when you have received a confirmation number. The hotel can set a reserve subject to different rules; payment of reservation or booking is confirmed with a credit card charge of binding condition.

2. HOTEL ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE

The room is available on the same day at 15.00 and will be released at 12.00 at the latest. The hotel may have this abnormal input and output times, these shall be disclosed separately in the hotel.

3. GUARANTEE POLICY

Can be used to guarantee your booking an international credit card. The hotel rooms to keep busy at 16.00 after, without having to individually need to report a late arrival. To this end, hotel needs from you the following information: your name, card number and expiration date, address, phone number and email address. The hotel may request this information in writing or orally.

4. CANCELLATIONS AND ENTERING FAILURE

Unless otherwise agreed at time of booking, or selected for, or the time of booking is not related to other conditions, cancellation must be made no later than two (2) days before the date of arrival. If you do not arrive, the hotel is entitled to charge you for one day as compensation for the price inclusive of taxes, and any other related to a provision of additional services.

5. OUT BEFORE THE AGREED TIME

If you leave out before the agreed date of departure, you must notify your departure the hotel no later than 16:00 on the day before. If your question is more of a night on accommodation, you have to pay the agreed price for the use of the unpaid period. Check-out before the agreed date may also cause a change in the total accommodation price.

6. FEES

If a room is not paid in advance, there is a hotel room paid for in cash or by credit card on arrival / exit. The hotel has the right to make international credit card holders are charged at time of booking and Preauthorization credit cards. 7. YOUR PRESENCE OF ACCOMMODATION IN MOTION

You are responsible for their own luggage from your hotel if not take them for safekeeping. If the hotel is not responsible for safekeeping taken from luggage, the hotel will separately notify you. The hotel is not responsible for the assets in the room in the storage container. The hotel is not responsible for the hotels parking lot to the means of transport, or the built-in property damage or loss.

9. YOUR RESPONSIBILITY FOR DAMAGE

As a customer, you answer on purpose or through negligence caused the damage (such as a smoking room), by you or your guests or pets cause the house or the hotels other holdings there for furnishings or equipment, as well as the hotel to others or their property. Responsibility for damage is governed by the general damages of principles.
